Changes to a single family house to increase its typology without increasing the construction area. Based on the assumption of adding a room to make the house more profitable in the rental market, took us to the opportunity to homogenize interventions made over time with different materials. All the new material follows a raw logic, simple cement coatings and plywood, which intend to aggregate the various parts of the house. To create the new room, half of a secondary room is used, which is transformed into an annex. New windows are opened and a new storage area is added to the agricultural compartment.
