Rehabilitation of a fraction in Avenidas Novas with about 200 €/sqm. The intervention is intended to be simple and solve the various infrastructural issues of a 1950's house. It seeks to reuse what is possible in a vacant fraction for more than a decade and which is now destined for the rental market.
